We use the most basic tool available – questions and answers. Your business deserves more than standard procedures and tools, so we prefer to become part of your work process, and to work together with you, ideally on a day to day basis. If you want to combine a change project with an interim assignment, we are ready to do that as well.

Another important tool: your time. There is no substitute to conversation, discussion, and decision making. Together with you, we will analyze the situation, define goals, and create change initiatives. We go through them together, we help you communicate and implement, and we make sure that the improvements become part of your corporate culture.

We analyze by taking a look at every aspect of your company - workspace, communication, social, structure, etc. You get a full report, presentation, recommendation. Project partnership. Wrage/Antwort acts as a partner in your business project. Opening up a new agency in a foreign country. Integrating digital. Managing transition after an acquisition or a merger. Training key personnel according to clearly defined objectives. We don’t consider this as outsourcing – we become part of your organization for the duration of the project.

Consultation packages. Wrage/Antwort is available in small doses as well. If you need a bit of help, advice, coaching, input from time to time, we can talk about that. Once a month for fixed amounts of time at your office, at reasonable rates. We come in, and you decide what we do. It’s like a Wrage/Antwort subscription for a fixed number of days of presence.
